1 Neue Version: Mit verinice 1.25 für Notfälle gewappnet

Notfallmanagement hält Einzug in das ISMS-Tool verinice und verinice.PRO. Ab Version 1.25 kann das Business Continuity Management (BCM) in verinice auf Grundlage des BSI-Standards 200-4 bzw. der internationalen Norm ISO 22301 dokumentiert werden. Die neue Version steht zum Download im verinice.SHOP bzw. im Kundenrepository zur Verfügung. Insgesamt liefert das verinice.TEAM rund 70 neue Funktionen, Detailänderungen und Fehlerbehebungen mit verinice 1.25 aus.

4 Demodaten: RECPLAST GmbH für verinice

Die Demodaten "RECPLAST GmbH" stehen auch für die Verwendung in verinice als kostenloser Download über den verinice.SHOP zur Verfügung. Die RECPLAST GmbH ist ein Beispielunternehmen, entwickelt vom Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik (BSI), mit dessen Hilfe Anwendende die einzelnen Schritte des IT-Grundschutzes durchgehen und sich so den Standard erschließen können. Der Download umfasst die VNA-Datei "RECPLAST GmbH" zum Import in der IT-Grundschutz-Perspektive (ab verinice 1.23 und höher). Auch die entsprechenden Referenzdokumente sowie eine Anleitung (PDF) sind enthalten.

1 New version: Prepared for emergencies with verinice 1.25

Business Continuity Management has found its way into the ISMS tool verinice and verinice.PRO. As of version 1.25, Business Continuity Management (BCM) can be documented in verinice on the basis of the international standard ISO 22301 or the BSI standard 200-4. The new version is available for download in the verinice.SHOP or in the customer repository. In total, the verinice.TEAM delivers about 70 new functions, detail changes and bug fixes with verinice 1.25.

With verinice.veo SerNet is working on the second generation of the DSMS and ISMS tool verinice. Now "verinice.veo DSMS", the new data protection manager, is ready to present itself as the first product on the platform: On 1 December, the public beta will start.

4 Demo data: RECPLAST GmbH for verinice

The demo data "RECPLAST GmbH" (German only) is also available for use in verinice as a free download via the verinice.SHOP. RECPLAST GmbH is an example company developed by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI), with the help of which users can go through the individual steps of IT Baseline Protection and thus gain an understanding of the standard. The download includes the VNA file "RECPLAST GmbH" for import in the IT Baseline Protection perspective (from verinice 1.23 and higher). The corresponding reference documents as well as a manual (PDF) are also included.
